Shocking.
If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order where if you spent £50 you could choose 4 free products one being a mini face seum worth £17.99. I placed my order and a few days later it arrived with a hole in the box and five product's missing. I emailed and had to fill in a form as to what was missing.
When the replacements were sent there was no serum so yet again I contacted No7 customer service to be told it was out of stock and they would send as soon as it was back in stock.
Today I received an email saying the order was cancelled as they weren't getting any more stock in. I replied to the email as the only reason I had placed an order was because of getting the offer and surely they should send something of a similar value to be told NO but we can credit your account with £10. I find this totally unacceptable as I have no intention of ordering from them again. They should not of accepted the order at all in my opinion.

Skin reaction and bad customer service
After using their Hyaluronic Acid products for the first time, my face started swelling up and had an immediate reaction. Patches of redness, sore, and itchy, it felt almost like my skin was burning.
When contacted about this, customer service first said they would issue a refund, but on a second message completely backtracked and said they required a Doctor's note to prove this and nothing was done.

Fantastic website with amazing products
Love their website,so easy to use/navigate so when I had an email yesterday stating there was buy one get one free one certain products..I checked to see if my favourite eyeshadow was one of them has it is the only one I will wear..Was over the moon when placed four into the basket and was only charged for two and with free next day delivery,made the order complete..Made the order quite late yesterday and received today..What an amazing site,will be ordering from again soon..Thank you ever so much for another fantastic experience.

Item arrived damaged they won’t help return
Item arrived damaged. You have no returns labels included. You need to contact the company with a message system and they send a return label that you have to print (even when you explain you don’t have printing means)
Then they just say nothing they can do and they expect you to pay returns on their faulty item. Which is not following the selling regulations.
Appalling
Appalling. No explanation as to where my advent calendar worth £400 has mysteriously disappeared to in transit, was given a refund when I specifically said I did not want that as I wanted the item that I had ordered. I will never, ever use no7 products again, dreadful customer service.

Appalling Customer Service
Ordered on the understanding that delivery would be 2 to 3 days as per the info on the website. Just phoned customer services to understand why after 3 days the website says my order is still be processed. I was told that the order was not yet at the warehouse and that she would raise my order for immediate processing. When asked when I could expect delivery all she could say was ASAP!
Never again and I wish that I had checked here first.

Surely this site isn't operated by Boots??
Never thought to check Trustpilot reviews before using this company as I considered No7 to be a reputable brand...I wish I had checked. The product I have been sent is a much smaller size to the one I ordered. Despite being able to prove I ordered the bigger size, No7 are insisting I've been sent the right items. I am very much out of pocket and no7 are simply playing email ping pong without dealing with my complaint.

Was so excited to receive my order with next day delivery only to find out their chosen courier Paack delivered it to the wrong address. No7 customer service is shocking, they have turned around to say I need to sort this with the courier myself, but it was fine for them to take my money as soon as the order was processed. Completely ridiculous especially as I have provided photo proofs. No point in selling your products if you can't get it delivered properly. Avoid!

Do not use the No7 site
Do not use the No7 site. My order came short of an item, I was told they would credit my account so I could order one. I have been trying to sort out for 6 days, just keep being told the credit will be on my account by the end of the day. No credit received, waste of time, will never use again.
BAD bad company
I had appointments today at 11am with the #7 at boots and I went there waiting and waiting and absolutely no one on the number 7 counter I am very angry they keep Emailing me reminders every day before my appointments and on the day I go and no one I feel so stupid I buy everything and I mean everything from them but after today no more absolutely no more and I will tell everyone I know about it and I Emailed the company didn’t hear back not even sorry.

So upset and angry with this company for nearly 3 weeks I have been trying to sort out a refund, every time someone else deals with it and I feel lied to by them all as not one person is sorting it but all telling me they are - its been horrific and stressful and very upsetting The customer service is just awful and customer care - well they do not care... nor do they care how upset this is making me

No 7 Hand and Nail cream has been a revelation. I purchased this item on a whim when I had a 3 for 2 voucher at my local Boots store. It has transformed my nails which is amazing; as I have bitten them for more than 55 years! For the first time in my life I am going to a beautician to have a manicure....... it has never been worth doing before now! Thank you No 7

Beware!!!
I have at last received a refund on the 14th of June 2022.
To recap I sent back an electrical item which was confirmed by no7 beauty on the 9th of March 2022. The item had stopped working after just over 6 months. I purchased it on the 23rd of August 2021. There was a 2-year guarantee on it so there was no problem. The reviews at the time showed customers were having the same problems but I took a chance at the time because of the No7 name.
I originally paid by Paypal and still haven't received a refund. They make one excuse after the other.
They are always polite in their communications but their customer service is appalling.
I have sent numerous messages and rang several times but I keep getting the same excuses.
I still have no refund and no signs of knowing when it will eventually arrive. Disgraceful.
I have been reading some other negative reviews on Trust Pilot and there seems to be a pattern emerging.
Great prices, good offers and prompt delivery
I thought I’d give this a go despite some fairly poor reviews. I’ve used No 7 products for years and received a code for a free product which is one I use. So I ordered three of my regular products and reached the spend level for my free product which I was able to add no problem. I was delighted with the total cost which saved me approx 1/3 what I would pay on the high street. My order arrived in approx 3 days despite it being a holiday weekend. So very happy, will use again.

Ordered items for next day delivery and 5 days layer still not arrived.
Contacted the customer service team both on the phone and their online chat and was not resolved. Agent closed the online chat midway through conversation after not being able to resolve matter. Would not refund order. Avoid ordering from their website at all costs.
